By accessing and using NMRental's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

NMRental provides residential property rental services in New Mexico, including property listings, rental applications, lease management, maintenance coordination, and tenant portal access.

Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Rental Applications

When submitting rental applications, you agree to:

Lease Agreements

Approved tenants must sign a lease agreement that includes:

Rent Payments

Rent must be paid on time according to your lease agreement. Late payments may incur fees as specified in your lease. We accept various payment methods through our tenant portal.

Property Maintenance

Tenants are responsible for:

• Not making alterations without permission
• Following all property rules and regulations

Tenant Portal

Our tenant portal provides access to:

• Rent payment processing
• Maintenance request submission
• Document management
• Communication with property management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use our services for illegal activities
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other breaches of your lease agreement. Termination does not relieve you of obligations under your lease.

Limitation of Liability

NMRental shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except as required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
